which seems to be Irrational to Observers.

Think of one sibling tormenting another,

but when the parent walks into the room,

they only see the reaction of the tormented child,

So Blames and punishes them.

Human Traffickers do this on steroids.

Although the Response from the Victim may be

Completely Understandable (or even very restrained) under the circumstances,

It is used to call the victim insane or make them out to be the Perpetrator.
