Although, I have historically been very much opposed to taking any pharmaceutical medication at all, in the lead up to these events, I did begin to take some prescribed pharmaceutical medication prescribed by and on the recommendation of Dr. Lindsay Martin of ‘4evermind Consulting’ of Smithfield, Cairns. Despite the very unprofessional and destructive role that Dr. Lindsay Martin has played in this story, I cannot say that her influence was entirely negative. She did diagnosed me with ADHD, autism, complex PTSD and PTSD and although these are essentially just labels, which may or may not be helpful, depending on how they are used, I have found them to be helpful in many respects, especially in connecting me with the emerging body of work around neurodivergence.

However, despite this helpful effect, there are a number of actions of Dr. Lindsay Martin which cannot be excused and raise very serious questions about her lack of professionalism, involvement with illegal activities and the taking of actions which directly align with the obvious intention of my family to illegally traffic me into the mental health system.

Dr. Lindsay Martin came highly recommended by a man named Marcus Lambert who was involved in the ‘grooming’ of my daughter and myself and setting me up to be more easily trafficked and discredited and extensively slandered me.

The facts of this matter are consistent with me being ‘lured’ or ‘cat-fished’ by this doctor with the intention that I would become dependent on medication, which would then by taken away from me, or poisoned or both at a period of time when I was also being targeted in many other ways in order to leave me very vulnerable to being attacked, disappeared or illegally trafficked into the mental health system. Any one who says that this is not the case, will need to explain many of the following facts and pieces of evidence.

1. Prescription and Subsequent Contamination of a Highly Controlled and Restricted Medication.

1. Dr. Lindsay Martin informed me that this highly controlled and restricted medication would help me to process the extensive trauma which I have experienced in my life due to my family and being an undiagnosed neuro-divergent person, due to its positive effects on neuro-plasticity. I did experience it to be very helpful in this regard and was very grateful to Dr. Lindsay Martin and the medication for its positive effects. Nothing in this document should be used or taken to discredit the use of this medication and its positive effects for people who are now able to use it for treatment-resistant depression. No-one who has experienced depression for any length of time would begrudge people from obtaining help in this regard.

2. However the prescription of this medication by Dr. Lindsay to myself, I have since learned was highly irregular and I have been informed by more than one medical professional including pharmacists, General Practitioners and even the anesthetist who assisted in my operation after I was attacked by the dogs that they had never even heard of anyone being prescribed this medication at all, let alone as it was prescribed to me at the time, being a take-home nasal spray.

3. Therefore Dr. Lindsay Martin’s actions require serious explanation. In particular, why was Dr. Lindsay Martin able to prescribe me this highly restricted pharmaceutical medication which I have since learned is highly irregular if not impossible for a doctor to prescribe as an oral take-home medication? Despite being very helpful and extremely effective, this medication is currently only available to be administered to patients under direct supervision by medical staff as part of a quite expensive program for long-term treatment-resistant depression.

4. In mid to late 2023, that medication, a compounded nasal spray, began to be tampered with. I spoke to the two pharmacists who own the compounding Amcal Pharmacy at Smithfield, Cairns who agreed to replace the medication. This is strange, as they are not supposed to be able to do this, as it is a controlled substance. They didn’t even ask for the old bottle back. Instead they simply mixed me up a new bottle of the medication and gave it to me. They did not even ask for the previous bottle back despite the fact that it is a highly controlled substance and the fact that the previous bottle which was meant to last approximately another 2 weeks had been dispensed only days earlier. Additionally, when the pharmacists gave it to me, it had the same date as the prescription that they had given to me days earlier and was also warm, when it is meant to be (and always had been previously) refrigerated Attachment S. This evidence cannot be simply dismissed.

5. On 25 September 2023, I attended my last appointment with Dr. Lindsay Martin. I did not know that it was to be the last appointment at the time. I was very calm and reasonable during this meeting. Due to fact that I was acutely aware that it would be easy for someone to accuse me of paranoia in relation to this issue and the fact that the pharmacists had previously gaslit me about the medication being the same when I knew for sure that it was very different, I took an audio recording of this appointment with Dr. Lindsay Martin. Due to the fact that the Queensland Police Service failed to act on this matter, despite my request, this audio recording has since been wiped from my telephone, which is hacked.

6. I bought the contaminated medication to the appointment with Dr. Lindsay Martin and gave some her some to try. At the time, she seemed open to the possibility that what I was telling her may have been true and she said that she may try the medication herself to see if she also had a similar negative effect from the medication. As it works quite quickly and is a nasal spray, the different effect was VERY obvious.

7. When I spoke to Dr. Lindsay Martin about my concerns that someone was tampering with the medication, given the other things that were happening to me, she suggested that I switch pharmacies and assured me that she would call me the next day to make sure that everything was okay. Instead of doing this, she never called and blocked me from emailing her.

8. Dr. Lindsay Martin was also very persistent in insisting on prescribing me another medication, which I did not want to take but reluctantly tried once, on her insistence. It caused a very strong and sudden drug interaction which made it very difficult for me to breathe. It was a very scary experience and I haven’t used it since.

9. Dr. Martin did not call me the next day as she assured me that she would and she has not answered my calls or emails since that time. She has also blocked me from sending her emails. At no time did Dr. Lindsay Martin inform me that I was no longer her patient, refer me to another practitioner or inform me that she was blocking me from any further communication.

10. The medication was again tampered with at the other compounding pharmacy recommended by that doctor, the Wholefood Pharmacy in Pease Street, Cairns. I therefore stopped using this medication and realised why I had intuitively tried to stay away from most western doctors my whole life.

11. I tried to show the evidence of the tampered with medication to Michelle Haden at the Atherton Police station when I attended there in late 2023 as mentioned previously. She refused to look at it and suggested that I ‘go to a different pharmacy’.

12. When I moved to the Sunshine Coast, due to the amount of stress I was experiencing, I again filled the prescription at Yandina Compounding Pharmacy in December 2023. The pharmacist told me that they had never dispensed the medication like this before. Another pharmacy that I spoke to about the possibility of having this script filled had also never dispensed it before and would need to order it in. The first time that I filled it, it appeared to be the proper medication and the pharmacists were very friendly with me. However, the second time that I filled the prescription, it was again tampered with and the pharmacists would not look me in the eye. Anyone who accuses me of paranoia in this regard will need to account for the other highly irregular facts in this story. I have not attempted to fill the prescription since that time (January 2023).

13. On 23 September 2024, I was informed by an email from the Northside Neurostimulation Team of the Ramsay Clinic, Northside in St. Leonard in Sydney, New South Wales, which is a leader in the use of this medication for long-term treatment resistant depression that “Unfortunately, our team do not know of any (pharmaceutical product) providers that offer a take-home and administer option.” Attachment S.A. I made multiple other enquires to various medical centres and organisations and could not find anyone in Australia who either is or was prescribing this medication as Dr. Lindsay Martin was prescribing or advocating the use of this medication to myself.

14. In late 2024, I was informed by Dr. Ahmed Ali of the Mareeba Medical Centre that Dr. Lindsay Martin had been given a ‘partial suspension’ in relation to her medical license. I was not given any further details about why this was the case. However it raises many questions in relation to Dr. Lindsay’s actions towards myself due to the following reasons.

1st Email from Dr. Martin to Dr. Stringer,

15 September 2023.

I was not aware of or provided a copy of this email until September of 2024 when I requested a copy of all correspondence that had been forwarded to a new doctor in New South Wales (at the insistence of Dr. Liz Stringer). Attachment DrM1.

This email makes many unsubstantiated allegations against my mental health whilst failing to disclose the information which indicated that what I was saying, was in fact, true. The facts which I had informed Dr. Lindsay Martin of and which she failed to disclose in this email are:

1. I have photographic evidence that the pharmacy had illegally dispensed a highly controlled substance in manner which is completely and highly illegal. To date none of the professionals who are slandering my mental health have addressed this problematic issue at all. This evidence does not align with the narrative and obvious agenda that this issue is about my mental health instead of what it really about, which is the illegal actions of members of the medical and pharmaceutical professions and their role in human trafficking.

2. None of the medical professionals involved have requested a proper investigation into the matter or reported it to the police as requested. Annexure S.

3. That the medication was dispensed warm when every single other time it was dispensed, it was cold and always comes with strict instructions that it needs to be kept refrigerated at all times.

4. That the medication was dispensed with the same date as the previously contaminated medication, which had been dispensed two days earlier, despite the fact that it is a highly controlled substance.

5. The pharmacists had not requested that the previous (and contaminated) bottle of this highly controlled substance be returned to them. They simply dispensed a new bottle (purportedly freshly compounded) and allowed me to keep the previously contaminated bottle, along with the newly bottle (which was obviously from the same batch and also contaminated), even though this is completely illegal.

6. That I had been using this medication for some time and was familiar with its effects. The change in effect only occurred on the provision of a new bottle.

7. The fact that Dr. Lindsay Martin was even prescribing this medication to me and had been prescribing it to me for some time (maybe approximately a year) was so irregular as to be completely unheard of by anyone else that I have spoken to.

Dr. Lindsay Martin did however communicate the following to Dr. Liz Stringer:

1. That I had questioned Marlin Coast pharmacists about the integrity of a bottle of intranasal ketamine, that I was quite adamant that had been contaminated and that it plausibly contained poison.

2. “That she was worried that I was experiencing ketamine toxicity.” I had informed Dr. Lindsay Martin that this was not the case as the symptoms only started very suddenly and obviously upon the provision of the new bottle. If Dr. Lindsay Martin was so convinced that what I was experiencing was the effects of toxicity (even though this view does not fit the facts at all), then why did she again prescribe me this medication again approximately a week or so later on 25 September 2023 and then not call me and block me from communicating with her?

3. That it my belief that this contamination was the result of my families connection within government and that I was being silenced.

4. That I was acutely at risk of developing psychosis.

5. That I was agreeable to taking further medication recommended by her. In fact I was extremely reluctant to take even more medication despite the repeated pressure of this doctor to do so. At no point was any side effects of any further medication explained to me.

6. “I am not sure if she will be compliant”. This is a repulsive statement. I am not required to “be compliant”. Nor am I required to take any medication suggested to me by any medical professional, let alone a corrupt one. The idea that this means that I am not ‘compliant’ is patronising beyond belief and in complete contravention of my human rights.

Why did Dr. Lindsay Martin not report this incidence to the police or ask for an investigation into the contamination of the medication?

2nd Email from Dr. Martin to Dr. Stringer,

25 September 2023.

Although this email was sent only 10 days after the abovementioned previous email dated 15 September 2023, again from Dr. Lindsay Martin to Dr. Liz Stringer, it has a completely different tone. (Attachment DrM2). Given the previous email, this email is surprising for the following reasons:-

1. This email states that “Zephyr has maintained stability on her medication and we have fine-tuned the dosing requirements.” This statement relates to a different, commonly prescribed medication. There is no mention of any of the previous discussions about the highly controlled medication.

2. It makes no reference to any concerns about my mental health in way, let alone her previous expression of fear of a “risk of acute psychosis”.

3. It makes no mention of issues raised in the email of 15 September 2023 in relation to my concerns that the prescription medication was contaminated or poisoned, even though it was written on the same day that I had had my last appointment with Dr. Martin and discussed these issues with her at length. I had discussed these issues with her calmly and reasonably, presenting the evidence that I had and providing her with a sample of the contaminated medication, which she said that she would contemplate sampling herself.

4. Her belief that “That it I was acutely at risk of developing psychosis” even though I had recently again reiterated by firm (and reasonable) belief that the abovementioned contamination or poison was the result of my family’s connection within the government and that I was being silenced.

5. It stated that “Dosing requirements are contextual and not infrequently, the PBS dosing guidelines fail to capture the needs of the individual. I do encourage each person to be responsible for their dosing requirements as these will vary according to demand, thus a more flexible dosing is a more intuitive and effective means of each adult managing their psychopathology.”

6. It recommending further testing in relation to the possibility of cardiovascular issues and referring to the fluctuation of ADHD symptoms over a lifetime.

7. It does not inform Dr, Liz Stringer that she had blocked me from communicating with her in any way and had not even informed me that she was no longer willing to treat me.

Blocked From Communications.

On 30 January 2024, I again tried to send an email to Dr. Lindsay Martin, requesting that she transfer or authorise the prescribing rights to my regular medication (not the restricted medication discussed above) to a new GP.

I received a notification that my emailed were blocked. Attachment DrM3 & Attachment DrM4.

I also tried to telephoned Dr. Lindsay Martin’s clinic on several occasions and left messages. I have never received any reply to any of these messages.

Standard Operating Procedure For Most Corrupt Actors Who Are Questioned About Their Corrupt Actions, Is To Completely Cease To Communicate, With Full Confidence That the Police Will Not Act And Neither Will Anyone Else.
