9. The Weaponised 'Help' of the Medical Profession.
Dr. Elizabeth Stringer has repeatedly taken a number of illegal and unconscionable actions, despite my repeated requests for her to cease and desist this behaviour. It is to be noted here that even prior to any of these events I had informed Dr. Stringer on a number of occasions of the abusive nature of my family, especially my mother Mary Saul. It is be noted that Dr. Stringer came to me highly and repeatedly recommended by a number of people who history will show are involved in the trafficking ring that is targeting me.
Specifically Dr. Stringer:-
Spoke and communicated with Mary Saul on number of times against my express wishes.
Based on the information provided to her by Mary Saul, she communicated with the Byron Bay Mental Health Unit who then continued to contact me despite my multiple communications to them explaining the situation of harassment and criminal actions against me by members of my family and requesting that they stop communicating with me. This happened when I was having a rough time dealing with what was happening to me and had made the mistake of speaking to my daughter about it, who was then manipulated by Mary Saul to disclose information about my current GP to her. For the record, I do not blame my daughter for this as she in young, was understandably worried about me and Mary Saul is highly manipulative and she does not have the professional obligation to Not take this action, which Dr. Stringer obviously does.
Instantly adopted and acted upon the false and self-serving narrative of Mary Saul, despite the fact that she had no right to be speaking to this woman about me at all.
Repeated false information about me provided by Mary Saul to other medical professionals, despite my repeated requests for her stop this behaviour.
On 2 March 2024, I sent and email to Dr. Stringer. I informed her, as I had on the telephone of a number of facts and concerns.
These included that:
I did not consent to her contacting the Byron Bay Community Health and asking them to contact me;
The only reason that this incident had happened with the Byron Bay Community Health was because Mary Saul, who is explicitly restricted from having Any Involvement Whatsoever in my medical care contacted her by telephone and she had returned to call and then had conversation with Mary Saul against my express wishes and against the Advanced Health Directive that I had executed which explicitly making this illegal.
Despite that, and despite my explicit conversation with Dr. Stringer over the telephone and in writing, she contacted the Byron Bay Mental Health Unit directly in line with the wishes of the woman who has abused me my entire life and who is expressly denied from being involved with my medical care and who has a vested financial interest in having me locked up against my wishes.
I have reason to believe that Mary Saul worked together with other family members to cause the premature death of my uncle within a medical facility. One of these family members, Kerry Soorley (Mary Saul’s sister) was dismissed from her last position as an Registered Nurse for acting improperly administering medication which may have caused the accelerated death of a palliative care patient without the permission of that patient's family. Please see the section in relation to the reasonable suspicion of ‘foul-play’ in the death of Billy Soorley and the fraudulent actions of Jim Soorley in relation to his brother’s will for more information on this.
That my prescription medication had been contaminated, without any investigative, corrective or punitive action by anyone within the medical field or the police. Please see the evidence in relation to this issue. There is too much unexplainable evidence for this to be simply dismissed.
That my family was seeking to silence me by slandering my mental health in order to force me into a medical facility against my will in or to cover up their criminal actions and that her speaking to Mary Saul placed me in danger.
I asked Dr. Stringer for specific help, which included:-
Ask the police to investigate this matter.
Lodge a formal enquiry as to why my pharmaceutical medication was contaminated or poisoned.
Ask my family to financially support me so that I am able to secure adequate accommodation, food and supplements. Any reasonable person might enquire why Mary Saul (a woman of abundant means) would telephone Dr. Stringer with her apparent 'concern' whilst simultaneously refusing to provide a documentation in relation to a clearly stolen inheritance or provide any financial support. Please see the evidence in this regard.
To help me secure some supplements which I needed and could not currently afford and write me a letter so that I don't have to look for a job when I am barely holding on to life.
The fact that I expressed obvious distress in response to the illegal, immoral, and abusive actions of Dr. Stringer and the effect that my family, their corrupt and extensive connections, and her own illegal actions were having on me does not excuse her actions. This is Reactive Abuse. A medical professional cannot deliberately break the law in a very distressing fashion and then report their victim for mental health ‘support’ against that person’s wishes. This is truly disgusting and illegal behaviour. And the fact that she may currently hold a medical license in no way excuses her behaviour. Attachment DRS1.
In this email Dr. Stringer:
Completely ignored all but one of my requests for help. She did write me a letter to Centrelink exempting me from looking for work at the time.
Specifically, she did not:-
Ask the police to investigate this matter.
Lodge a formal enquiry as to why my pharmaceutical medication was being poisoned.
Again demonstrated her clear alliance with the narrative spun by Mary Saul, who I explicitly had not consented to her communicating about me in any way and had repeatedly, in very clear and firm terms demanded that she not communicate with. She stated “I feel there are people in your family who would happily support you financially, if you allowed it.”
This sentence is a lie. It is not only completely aligned with the provably false narrative of Mary Saul, but clearly makes me out to be the problem whilst ignoring the provable abuse of my family. This statement contradicts the the various emails between myself and my family of this time, where:-
My family fail to provide legal documents which they are legally obliged to provide, and
I explicitly informed my family members of my dire financial position and request financial support, which they completely ignored.
Instead of doing these actions, which a caring family might be reasonably expected to do, they opted to illegally speak to a medical professional in their attempts to have me illegally detained and thereby discredited and silenced and to then have that medical professional also gaslight me as to their collective apparent ‘positive intent’ which completely contradicts that actual facts. Attachment DrS2.
On 7 March 2024, I sent and email to Dr. Stringer. I informed her of the false statement in her previous email and asking the further questions:
Why did she repeat Mary Saul's words to me, as if they were clearly true, and as if I was ignoring the concern of a ‘caring mother’
Did she believe that people always tell the truth?
Could she please provide the basis in fact and the information on which she was relying in order to make the statement “I feel that there are people in your family who would happily support you if I would allow it”. It is disturbing that Dr. Stringer felt entitled to write such a thing to me, even after I had had repeatedly explained to her the reality of the situation in very clear terms and the damaging effect that the repetition of such a false narrative would have on my life.
Did she have any training in narcissistic abuse in families? Did she have any psychological training?
Did she make a habit of ignoring what her patients told her in favour of the story of abusive family members that she should not even be talking to?
Did she think that it is was unreasonable for me to have an emotional reaction to my doctor repeating the lies, as if they were true, of the person that I have specifically gone out of my way to remove from my life and have signed an advanced health directive to prevent from having anything to do with my medical care at the very time that I was having a weak moment?
Did she believe that it is acceptable for her to support the world view of a person that she should not have even been communicating about me?
I also informed her that:-
She was only able to make the her prior observation that I was distressed at the time that she had spoken to me and referred me to the Byron Bay Mental Heath Unit because she had illegally spoken to Mary Saul against my express wishes and against the requirement of my Advanced Health Directive. If this illegal action had not been taken, I would not have even been speaking with Dr. Elizabeth Stringer at that time.
That the fact that I was distressed about her illegal actions was understandable given that she had not only illegally spoken to Mary Saul and then acted on her self-serving and misleading information designed to cast doubt on my mental health and draw attention away from her ( Mary Saul’s) ongoing abuse.
That I was no longer distressed.
That it was unacceptable for her to say that she didn't know about the advanced health directive because I had informed her of it and yet she still felt entitled to act and communicate with me on the basis of her misinformation and to completely ignore the terms of my Advanced Health Directive.
That her behaviour was and still is extremely unprofessional and yet she was continuing in her behaviour with her recent email. Why was this?
That I was a 47 year old woman who had been independent for 30 years with little to no communication with my family by choice. For her to infantalise me and patronise me with her recent email which completely ignored my wishes, everything that I had told her as well as the basic truth, not to mention the law, was truly gross and yes ‘distressing’. (Attachment DrS3).
Dr. Stringer did not reply to this email.
The purpose of this facsimile, as per my request, was meant to simply facilitate the transferal of the authority to prescribe a very common and routinely prescribed medication.
However, despite the fact that Dr. Stringer had completely ignored my previous emails and failed to even acknowledge my very reasonable questions contained therein, she took the time and this opportunity to once again further the agenda of my family, to slander my mental health and prejudice other medical professional against me by including the following lies and false allegations of Mary Saul and other partial truths and statements. These include:
“She … has a number of fixed apparent delusions”. This is a lie and a simply parroting of the false narrative of Mary Saul in her illegal email to Dr. Liz Stringer dated 29 February 2024 which states “The Thoughts are total delusions”. There is was too much evidence to support what I am saying for this statement to be true.
“Dr. Martin had raised some concerns about her paranoia and suicidal ideation.” This statement which refer to the email of Dr. Lindsay Martin dated 15 September 2023 and ignores the later email of Dr. Lindsay Martin dated 25 September 2023 which makes the true statement that “Zephyr has maintained stability on her medication and we have fine-tuned the dosing requirements.” The inclusion of the former false statement (please see the section that relates to the unprofessional conduct of Dr. Lindsay Martin in this matter) paints a deliberately false picture and aligns with the agenda of my family to slander my mental health. “A family member raised concerns that Zephyr was psychotic and possibly suicidal”. This statement again raises very serious questions as to why Dr. Stringer is going out of her way to repeat false, unsubstantiated and self-serving narratives of family members when it was illegal for her to be communicating with the said family member in the first place, in contradiction of my advanced health directive, multiple laws and the multiple communications which I had had with Dr. Stringer in relation to this matter? Why did Dr. Stringer not even bother to even try to pretend to balance these blatantly false statements with the truth of the matter, which I had provided to her?
This facsimile also attached copies of the following other communications, of which I had no knowledge until I requested a copy of this communication from the Mullumbimby Medical Centre in September 2024:-
Email from Dr. Lindsay Martin to herself dated 15 September 2023.
This letter is discussed below in the section which relates to Dr. Lindsay Martin. It is to be noted here that Dr. Stringer chose not to include the subsequent email, sent 10 days after this email, from Dr. Lindsay Martin dated 25 September 2023, which I was privy to, which has a markedly different tone and refers to my stability. Attachment DrM1 & Attachment DrM2.
Email from Dr. Stringer to the Byron Bay Mental Health Unit dated 1 March 2024 discussed below.
Email from Mary Saul to Dr. Stringer dated 29 February 2024.
I previously had no knowledge of this letter and did not consent to it or to the forwarding of it in any way. This letter contained the following false statements about myself:-
That I was “psychotic and voicing suicidal intent”. This is not true. I was asking for help to stop the abuse from my family as I was being horrendously attacked and I had been poisoned at the time. The purpose of my communication was to express to degree of intolerable torture which had been inflicted on me by my family. Although, it is true that I could not see how I was possibly going to survive this situation at the time without some actual help to make it stop (instead of slandering my mental health), the most that I have ever expressed was that I had stopped eating and didn’t really see the point of trying so hard to survive. Fasting for a few days is enough to reset my system. I never expressed that I intended to take any action to actively hurt myself or anyone else. Anything else which I expressed was an obvious reaction to the overt abuse that I was experiencing a the hands of multiple people, including multiple members of the medical and pharmacy fields.
“Zephyr is paranoid, believing that her family have been trying to kill her for many years”. Dr. Stringer is simply repeating the false narrative of Mary Saul. Any abusive person, caught in a lie will accuse their victim of being paranoid. This is toxic relationship dynamics 101. There is way too much evidence in this document and situation for any of the people involved to get away with simply calling me paranoid.
Repeats the following accusations which Mary Saul made Dr. Stringer on 29 February 2024 by telephone where Dr. Stringer immediately returned her telephone call despite the fact that I had informed her on multiple occasions about this woman’s abuse towards me and the advanced health directive preventing her from doing so:
That I was having a ‘psychotic episode’ and that I was ‘psychotic’. I have not seen Mary Saul for over 5 years and for the vast majority of that time, I have not spoken to her either. At the time that she made this statement, it had been well over a year since I had even spoken to her on the telephone. How and why is she therefore labelling me ‘psychotic’. Mary Saul is also not qualified to make such an self-serving assessment.
That Mary Saul was ‘concerned’. She was and is concerned that her criminal actions will be exposed.
That I had been talking to my daughter about my wishes for my funeral. This is true. At the time, and due to the harassment which I was experiencing and lack of any help, I had good reason to believe that I might not have long to live due to the clear intentions of my family and their corrupt connections (including within the medical field) that I should not do no.
That I had told a cousin that I had stopped drinking water. The financial abuse that I was experiencing at the time was so severe that I was struggling to afford the basic necessities of life, including clean drinking water and food. This is more reactive abuse.
That I was trying to extort money from my cousin. This is categorically untrue. I have never tried to extort money from anyone. The cousin which she is referring to is Brendan Duggan, who is implicated in this matter and obviously has something to hide time. This is a classic example D.A.R.V.O. which stands for ‘deny, attack, reverse victim & offender’. This is a very common manipulation strategy that perpetrators of wrongdoing use against their victims in response to being held accountable for their behavior. Please the section on Jim Soorley’s fraud and theft of his brother Billy’s estate).
That I had sent abusive emails to everyone, trying to extort money. This is another classic example of D.A.R.V.O.
That I had no friends and that I had ‘wiped’ them all. Please see the section on dynamics of Human Trafficking. The fact that I have been forced to cut all of the ‘groomers’ and traffickers out of my life is not evidence of mental illness. This is also an example of DARVO.
‘She can put on a pretty good front for a short time.’ This is more DARVO.
It notes that Dr. Stringer left a message on my telephone stating that my daughter was concerned for me. She did not mention that she had been speaking with Mary Saul at this time.
She notes that I informed her of the Advanced health directive which forbade any interaction with my family members (which she later denies).
I accused Mary Saul of being a psychopath and sadist. This is a fair assessment of Mary Saul’s behaviour towards myself over a lifetime. History will prove me to be telling the truth on this fact.
I informed her about my family’s involvement with the dog attack upon myself, the stolen inheritance, the suspicious circumstance around my uncles death, the improper actions of medical professionals in my family, electronic abuse and poisoning. Rather than taking any of these very serious matters seriously. They are included here as evidence of mental illness.
Notes that I instructed her to not communicate with Mary Saul again.
That I had been attempting to seek help to stop the harassment and attempts my life to no avail.
That I was being tortured to death an not receiving any help to make it stop.
That I had no money for food or drink and no energy to keep asking for help when I keep getting abused.
That I had informed her of my family’s treatment of me previously and that her speaking to Mary Saul and then repeating her words to me as though they are true is highly abusive.
At no time did Dr. Stringer ever inform me about this illegal email. This email states the following blatant and provable lies of Mary Saul:-
“We were all bombarded with abuse all week”. This is DARVO - Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim & Offender.
“The Thoughts are total delusions”. This is a provable lie.
There has never been an inheritance”. This is a provable lie. I refer to the copy of the Will in the chapter on the Fraud of Jim Soorley, the many contradictions and lies by Jim Soorley and his solicitors and their illegal refual to answer questions and to provide documents which they are legally obliged to provide. Attachment L.
“Her family have always loved her and tried to help her over the many years of mental health issues” This is a provable lie and slander.
“She needs to have some tests and get into care”. This is clear evidence of the intent of Mary Saul to have me illegally trafficked into the mental health system in order to avoid being held responsible for her actions.
“BTW, she has a lot of similar symptoms to her uncle with FLD.” This statement is particularly disturbing in light of what actually happened to the uncle which she is referring to at the hands of this family. Please see the section relating to the reasonable suspicions of ‘foul-play’ in the premature death of Billy Soorley.
This email included a copy of an undated email from myself to my family where I reasonably make the following requests:-
That they provide the legal documents which they are legally obliged to provide,
Stop harassing me and instructing their corrupt connections to harass me,
Stop financially abusing me, and
Pay me some money to be able to survive whilst this matter was sorted out legally.
It also included a copy of an undated text which I had sent to Gregory Saul.
The purpose of this text was to ask Gregory Saul to at least keep his wife, Mary Saul away from me, if he was not going to help. This entirely reasonable text, under the circumstances, would not have been at all necessary if Dr. Liz Stringer had not illegally communicated with and acted upon the false and self-serving information provided by Mary Saul.
I sent this text to Gregory Saul after his wife, Mary Saul had taken these incredibly hostile and illegal actions against me in order to have me illegally detained in the mental health system so that her and her criminal family members would not have to face the legal consequences of their actions.
The inclusion of this text in this facsimile by Mary Saul to Dr. Liz Stringer was clearly intended to paint me in a negative light and is another example of reactive abuse. It calls out the:-
Psychopathic and anti-social nature and actions of Mary Saul,
The fake ‘concern’ of Mary Saul,
The existence of the Advanced Health Directive preventing any family member from having any involvement in my medical care under any circumstances.
It also contained two expletives. I feel that this was very understandably under the circumstances and no indication of mental illness.
The inclusion of this text in this email by Mary Saul to Dr. Liz Stringer in an email dated 29 February 2024, which was itself included in an email to the Byron Bay Mental Health Unit dated 1 March 2024 clearly proves that Dr. Liz Stringer was fully aware of the existence of this Advanced Health Directive preventing the involvement of any of my family members at this time and before she took any of these actions which align with Mary’s Saul’s instructions that “She needs to have some tests and get into care” and based on the false and self-serving information provided by Mary Saul as noted in this communication.
In this email I referred to the objectionable abovementioned facsimile letter to Mullumbimby Comprehensive Health Centre dated 27 August 2024. I noted that that facsimile was problematic for the following reasons:-
She had stated on a number of occasions that I had a number of “fixed apparent delusions”. However, Dr. Stringer has no way of ascertaining that the facts which I had informed her about, on multiple occasions, were, in fact, ‘delusions’. She had taken no steps to verify to truth of what I had told her and had simply adopted the false, destructive and self-serving narrative of Mary Saul despite the evidence to the contrary, the fact that Mary Saul provided no proof of her allegations and despite the fact that it was illegal for her to be communicating with Mary Saul about me at all.
That she had simply repeated the views of 'a family member' being Mary Saul, who I have not seen in over 5 years, has no medical training, has a vested interest in my mental health being drawn into question by repeating her views of me being 'psychotic and possibly suicidal'. This is despite the fact that I had informed her on a number of occasions that this person has been highly abusive towards me my whole life and the fact that these slanders are highly detrimental to myself.
That she had no right to be repeating these lies from Mary Saul to my potential new General Practitioner.
That she was fully aware that I have an advanced health directive against this family member and yet she still repeated the false and unsupported accusations of an abusive and criminal family member to a new practitioner as if they were truth.
That she had no evidence for what she was saying, that she had not seen the evidence that I have.
That the continuation of this unfounded slander, on top of the horrendous amount of abuse which I had already suffered and continue to be subjected to by my family is completely uncalled for.
That I had not taken this matter any further, despite the fact that her actions were completely unwarranted and abusive and yet she still felt completely entitled to continue this slander of me to my new doctor.
That she was continuing the abuse from my family.
I requested that Dr. Stringer please stop this behavior immediately and noted that an apology would be in order.
I did not receive a reply to this email. It is clear that Dr. Stringer will only send emails which further the interests of my corrupt, criminal and toxic family, and just like every corrupt actor in this story, will simply not reply, when her own criminal actions are highlighted, confident in her belief that the corruption in the Queensland Police Service and Australian Federal Police will mean that this matter is never properly investigated.
