If the designated victim says anything about what is happening to them,

the fact that they are being bullied by so many people

is the perfect setup to accuse the victim of

Paranoia and Mental Illness.

This allows the Human Traffickers to justify the trafficking of

'problematic victims'

into the Mental Health System,

in order to discredit and permanently silence them.
