11.1. The Law

Kidnapping and Human Trafficking.

According to the facts of this matter, basic common law principles as well as both State and Commonwealth laws, Queensland Health, the Queensland Police Service, the Queensland Ambulance Service and/or the Queensland Mental Health Review Tribunal did not have and does not have any legal right whatsoever to transport me or detain me.

This action is therefore properly defined as Kidnapping and Human Trafficking.

Any attempt to say otherwise would require:

  1. Complete ignorance, negligence and recklessness in relation to the actual facts of this matter, and/or

  2. Deliberate participation in the Human Trafficking network that is clearly targeting me.

The forced and illegal transport and detainment of myself for 3 days by the Queensland Police Service, the Queensland Ambulance Service and Queensland Health to Mareeba and Cairns Hospitals was a gross violation of my human rights.

Moreover, apart from the fact that this happened at all, the way in which I was treated once I forcibly transported and detained was also a gross violation of my human rights.

There is absolutely no way that a regular normal person would believe how incredibly badly I was treated during this time, unless it was filmed. Of course, if I was being filmed, this abuse would not have happened. There is absolutely no way that the ‘medical professionals’ involved would have behaved as they did, if they knew that they were being filmed and that they would be held accountable for their actions.

The lack of transparency and opportunity for abuse in this situation is completely unacceptable and clearly a recipe for severe abuse on a systematic level for which there is absolutely no excuse in 2025.

Queensland Health, the Queensland Police Service and the Queensland Ambulance Service (and the medical system in general) do not run any screening checks, processes or investigations to ensure that it does not employ any members of human trafficking and/or organised crime networks or people who have a very high degree of anti-social and/or psychopathic traits.

It is therefore completely unacceptable and incredibly dangerous to force vulnerable people (especially trafficking victims) into this situation at all, let alone to not even afforded them the minimal protection of ensuring that all interactions, whilst inside these institutions are filmed.
